Pilates Classes

Pilates

A slow and relaxing class that focuses on the mind and the body. Working on stretching and flexibility, core strength, spinal alignment and overall body strength. The movements are a combination of the original Pilates movements from Joseph Pilates and the adapted modern version of Michael King. Other adapted exercises are included to give you a full body work out. Each 4/6 weeks there is a set class plan, therefore you will be able to practice these movements at home and in class, progressing and working towards your goals. All classes are at a mix level and age group. Each pilates exercise will have beginners, intermediate and even advanced levels.
