All aboard the Zumba train, are you ready to dance in your chair?

Very Low impact dance fitness for the over 70’s (younger are welcome) this will make you smile, laugh and have lots of fun. Featuring SalsaMerengueReggaeton as well as loads of jazz and pop numbers; Anything from Glen Miller, the Beatles, Abba, the Carpenters and many more. This class will get your heart rate up and bring back the good old days. Feeling free to dance at your level, moving faster or slower at your workout level. This class is suitable for wheelchair and non-wheelchair users.
