Rumour has it 80% nutrition and 20% exercise makes up your total health and Fitness, you could exercise hours a day and think you can still eat whatever you want. Finding a safe, healthy and delicious nutrition plan may be what you need to make you feel healthier. You may be struggling with food prep, meal and snack ideas, portion sizes, getting 5 a day or even your 8 glasses of water a day. No need to worry, I’m here to help.

Stu Fitness Food Diary

Long term diet plan, not a quick fix! This nutrition programme is based around you, your family/home life, lifestyle, work and what works for you. Step by step, progressing through the months learning about diet, nutrition, eating healthy, as well as feeling fitter and happier at the same time. Starting with a nutrition questionnaire so I am aware of your eating situations, allergies, food preferences etc. Reviewing your STU Fitness food diary every month, looking at alternative foods, portion sizes, healthier snacks and meals to keep you fuller for longer. Aiming to come away from those bad habits and maybe some lazy food choices. Although we all need that treat once in a while!

Included is:

  • A food diary review with Stu

  • A 121 catch up once a month

  • Discussing Meal ideas

  • Food prep and batch cooking plans

  • Motivation for hitting targets and goals

  • The weekly and mid week food shops

  • Nutrition education so you know what you are putting into your body

Eventually creating a nutrition plan that is realistic and that works for you and around your life! I am always available for info and help throughout the whole month!! You’re not on your own!!

Private and confidential weighing are available however, measuring up the body and taking quarterly photos are the way forward as standing on the scales isn’t all what it seems to be! The only scales you need are ones for the kitchen!

Prices

  • £25 for month one, this includes the STU Fitness food diary
  • Month two and onwards is £20per month
  • After Month four, depending on how these long term goals and targets are progress the price will be reduced to £15 as you are on your way to a healthy and happier you fuelling your body with great food and being more aware of nutrition education and keeping the healthier you going on this journey. If for any reason you are not quite there yet or relapse… we will continue at £20. We all have different journeys and you’ll hit your goal when the time is right!
