Step by step, progressing through the months learning about diet, nutrition, eating healthy, as well as feeling fitter and happier at the same time. Starting with a nutrition questionnaire so I am aware of your eating situations, allergies, food preferences etc. Reviewing your STU Fitness food diary every month, looking at alternative foods, portion sizes, healthier snacks and meals to keep you fuller for longer.
