 Where to find Zumba Gold Toning 

Ready to dance AND tone? Low impact dance fitness with light hand weights, this class is for the over 60’s (younger are welcome) this will make you smile, laugh and have lots of fun. Featuring Salsa, Mergengue, Reggaeton as well as a few jazz and pop numbers; this class will get your heart rate up slightly but will focus more on strengthening the Chest, Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders, Back, Core and legs. The movements are simplified, compared to Zumba Gold, so you are able to focus more on the toning part. Feeling free to dance at your level moving faster or slower working at your fitness level.

What do I need to know before my first Zumba Gold Toning class?

• The Class is £6, Cash, Cheque, Card and BACS transfer are accepted
• Please bring water and a towel
• This class is only available on Zoom, after the once a week live stream of the class you will receive the class recording which will last for 1 week. This gives you the great opportunity to take part in the recording unlimited times at any time in your week.
• Once you know you can commit, the payment for the month will be required e.g £24 for 4 weeks
• No refunds/credit carried over however, attending a different class or receiving another recording is accepted.
• Once you have comitted to a class, payment will be require while absent to secure your place.
